Landlink Ltd has completed a number of successful industrial developments over recent years, all developments have been sold on a freehold basis, enabling the new owners to be their own landlord and hence be in control of their own investment.

Land acquisition and Development funding costs are provided by Landlink or in conjunction with Barclays Bank PLC.

We are looking to secure further sites in the South East, East Anglia and North West of the country in order to continue this development programme.
