Landlink Ltd retains investments within it’s pension fund to provide income and also to realise enhanced value through efficient management and market awareness, the value of the portfolio has increased as a result of this strategy over recent years.

A continued requirement for further commercial investments exists where the opportunity to improve income stream is possible through either the refurbishment of properties to provide a more appealing environment to tenants, or a more direct management approach.
